Automating Your Business With The 6 Steps Good Vibess System

It’s no secret that the goal in business is to work smarter and not harder. My BIGGEST take-away when reading Michael E. Gerber’s The E-Myth Revisited book was if you want to be successful in business, then you must put systems and processes in place so you can work ‘on’ your business and stop working ‘in’ your business. In other words, you should not be doing everything in real-time nor should you be doing EVERYTHING! But I get it, you’re still in your startup phase and working with a limited budget, so outsourcing may be out of the question – for now. However, streamlining and automating your processes isn’t. You don’t want to be that business owner who has to drop EVERYTHING in order to facilitate a sale – nope  that’s where technology comes in. Additionally, one of the FIRST things you should do before you even begin your business is to document your workflow process. Literally a step-by-step documentation of EVERY SINGLE STEP involved in your customer experience. This is called an SOP (standard operations procedure). I have one for WomeneurCollective and it wasn’t until it was created that I realized all the cracks and flaws in my process. Now I’m even more confident that when I’m unavailable, my Virtual Assistant will literally have a step-by-step guide to help my business operate smoothly – even in my absence.
In this Business Kit, I enjoyed an amazing afternoon spending virtual time with this month’s Featured Expert Guest – Sasha Ruffin – Operations Consultant / Online Business Manager of The Workflow Strategist. I’m happy to share that we have a little history, because Sasha created the SOP for WomeneurCollective. We created a video series for Automating Your Business With The 6-Step Good VIBESS System and you’ll learn about:
  • SOPs (standard operations procedures)
  • Marketing systems and tools to help you get and stay visible with your target audience
  • Lead management systems to help turn your lead (potential customer) into a customer
  • Creating a seamless on-boarding system

  • Off-boarding systems to increase repeat business
  • Systems to support your entire automated process

CHEET SHEET Good VIBESS Business Systems: The Six Systems You Need In Your Biz and How to Document and Automate Them via Sasha Ruffin SASHA RUFFIN’S BIO Women come to me when they are tired of doing things manually and need good tools and systems set up – so they can get back time in their day for the things they love.” Sasha believes that just because you’re a small business, doesn’t mean that you can’t run like the big businesses do. With almost 10 years of upper management experience behind her, Sasha started The Workflow Strategist to do just that – help online entrepreneurs streamline their systems and set up tools for automation. When she isn’t whipping someone’s back office into shape, Sasha enjoys spending time with family and traveling. If you find yourself not having time to do either of those because of your business, email Sasha at info@theworkflowstrategist.com to set up your free consultation today or learn more at www.theworkflowstrategist.com. • I want to be able to do online classes and have a very easy flowing sign up, pay, sign in, and learn experience, how can this not seem like rocket science?
  • Is it ever a time when using plugins isn’t ok vs a full link?
  • I would love to have a system like Sharon’s that is very comprehensive. That shows a person’s position at each stage. I’m probably not as organized or may need to hire out to pay close attention to my media to get that.

  • I like to know what’s a good overall system to connect all of the below for my business which is a weddings/events and Design Co now in pre-launching stage. I have a CRM, HoneyBook which I’m still learning. Mail chimp, which I haven’t set up yet. Don’t have a website yet, (though I created a mock one for my Wedding Certification on Wix) but I have my domain. My social media Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (not too found of) and Pinterest. I will be using the Wave app for my accounting. Looking at humanity for HRA purpose. Researching other program to delegate and share responsibilities though I think honeybook has, but I’m still learning. Please let me know if I need anything else.
